First Impressions.....

Whether a business or a person, our natural instinct before meeting someone is to 'have a look on social media'.

Why? Well, it gives us an idea of who we're meeting, what services a business may provide, what their ethics are etc. So, yes, we're back to 'First Impressions'. 

BUT - not only is Social Media a tool to investigate who we're meeting etc. but it's also a connection.  Thankfully, we are in the post-Covid days however, those habits are hard to break. We can look online and see updates of what people are up to, what interests them, what they have achieved or struggled with. We like to 'stay in touch', even if it's just through a 'like' or 'comment'.
